Yoga teacher of 10+ years, lifelong practitioner, and the founder of My Pregnancy Yoga, built around the belief that every mother deserves to feel held through her pregnancy.

My relationship with yoga started long before I taught my first class. I trained formally in Rishikesh, and came back to Jamshedpur to start my yoga studio.
For the first few years of teaching, I taught a bit of everything. But over time, women in their first or second trimester would arrive carrying questions no general class was designed to answer. Is this safe? Why does this hurt now? Why does no one talk about this?
So I went deeper. I trained specifically in prenatal yoga. I read everything I could on the changing body through pregnancy. And the work clarified itself — what these women needed was not a harder class. It was a quieter, more personal one.
That's what My Pregnancy Yoga has become. A program small enough that I know every mother by name, her trimester, her worries, and her wins.
Every pose is filtered through one question: is this safe for this mother, at this stage, today? Nothing comes before that.
You're a mother with a unique pregnancy and unique worries. Every session is built around exactly that.
I hold space for the emotional, not only the physical.
