Why this matters

Pregnancy is deeply personal β€” in more ways than one

It is not just about back pain or breathing. It is about the things you may not say out loud in a group class. The tiredness that feels different. The fear you carry quietly. The weeks when your body feels unfamiliar. This programme is built for all of that.

🀫

You may not want to share symptoms in a group

Pelvic discomfort, emotional changes, specific restrictions. In a one-on-one session, you speak only with your instructor.

🌊

Every week of pregnancy feels different

What your body needed at 6 months is not what it needs at 8 months. The guidance should follow you β€” not the other way around.

πŸ’

The emotional weight of pregnancy deserves space

Stress, anxiety around delivery, mood shifts β€” a private session creates room for all of that.

πŸ›‘

You should never feel pressure to perform

In a private session, the class goes at your pace. You rest when you need to. You stop when something feels off.

πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈ

Doctor restrictions need to be followed, not worked around

A private session is built around your medical guidance from the very first day.

🏠

You deserve comfort, not commuting

Joining from your own home β€” from your mat, in your space β€” changes how a session feels entirely.

The problem with generic options

Why most pregnancy yoga resources fall short

This is not a criticism of any resource. It is the reality of how generic guidance works β€” and why it often cannot meet you where you are.

01
The same content for every woman

A video designed for general audiences cannot account for your specific month, symptoms, or doctor’s restrictions.

02
No one can see or correct your posture

In a video or large class, small misalignments β€” especially in later pregnancy β€” go unaddressed.

03
The pace cannot adjust to how you feel today

If you are exhausted or in pain, a pre-set class cannot slow down for you. A private instructor can.

04
No space for personal questions or concerns

Questions about specific symptoms often go unasked because the format makes no space for them.

05
Travel is genuinely difficult in late pregnancy

Getting to a studio in the 7th, 8th, or 9th month is often more effort than the class is worth.

How sessions are shaped

Every session starts with where you are today

These are supportive wellness practices, not medical treatments. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and doctor’s guidance.

Why it matters

Why one-on-one guidance is different

Pregnancy is not the time for a generic curriculum. One-on-one guidance allows for the kind of care that a class of ten or twenty simply cannot provide.

Your instructor sees exactly how you are moving

In a private session, your instructor watches your posture, breathing, and comfort level throughout. Small corrections that would be missed in a group are addressed immediately.

You can speak openly about how you are feeling

You do not need to share personal symptoms or emotional concerns with anyone else. What you share stays between you and your instructor.

The session follows you β€” not a fixed schedule

If you need to slow down, rest longer, or focus on one area of discomfort, the class simply adjusts. There is no group to keep up with.

The programme evolves with your pregnancy

As your body changes month by month, the sessions change with it. Your instructor knows your history and adjusts continuously.

[Replace with the instructor’s personal story β€” what drew her to yoga, and what led her to specialise in prenatal yoga. A specific, honest story works far better than general statements.]

Her approach has always been the same: find out how this woman is doing today, and build the session from there. Not a curriculum. Not a fixed sequence. Just careful, personal attention β€” one woman at a time.

She teaches exclusively in private sessions because she believes that is the only format that makes honest personalisation possible.

Your month of pregnancy, symptoms, doctor’s advice, and what you are hoping for from the sessions.

3
Confirm your doctor’s approval

The quarterly plan is recommended for women who want continuous support through their final trimester.

Sessions adapt as your pregnancy progresses

The programme is not fixed. As your body changes and your pregnancy moves forward, your instructor adjusts continuously.

Questions

A few things people often ask

Can I join in my 8th or 9th month? +
Yes. The programme is specifically designed with later pregnancy in mind. Sessions in the 7th, 8th, and 9th month are slower, gentler, and focused more on breathing, relaxation, posture, and comfort.
What if I have never done yoga before? +
That is completely fine. Many women who join have no prior yoga experience. The sessions are explained step by step and paced for wherever you are starting from. Beginners are very welcome.
Is this live or pre-recorded? +
Completely live. You and your instructor on Google Meet, in real time, every session. Your instructor can see you, respond to how you are moving, and adjust the session based on how you feel that day.
Can my husband or family speak with you before I join? +
Absolutely. Many enquiries come from husbands, mothers, or mothers-in-law on behalf of the pregnant woman. We welcome those conversations over WhatsApp or a short call.
Can the sessions help with stress and anxiety? +
Yes. Breathing, relaxation, and gentle movement are among the most effective tools for managing the stress and emotional weight of pregnancy. Your instructor creates space for this in every session β€” without judgment and without pressure.
